These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Follow Along Workouts mobile application (the "Application") created by Aleksandr Fedorov (the "Service Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

3. Description of Service

Follow Along Workouts is a mobile application that provides workout videos and fitness content. The Application is offered as a Freemium service, meaning some features are available for free while others require a paid subscription.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account

5. Subscription Services

The Application may offer subscription-based services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Comply with the payment terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)

Subscription cancellations must be done through your device's app store settings. The Service Provider cannot process subscription cancellations directly.

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers connected to the Application
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or its content without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

7. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service Provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Application.

10. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The Application provides fitness and workout content for informational purposes only. Before beginning any exercise program, consult with a healthcare provider. The Service Provider is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the Application. You assume all risks associated with physical activity.

11. Termination

The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
